In order to secure your booth, a refundable booking fee will be collected during this registration process.

• Deposit Amount: A refundable deposit of RM500 is required during the vendor registration process.
• Chosen Vendors: Your deposit will be used to deduct the rental fee from your chosen vendor space.
• Unsuccessful Vendors: Vendors who are not selected will receive a full RM500 deposit refund after 2-3 days of announcement.
• Declined Offers: Chosen vendors who decline the offer to participate after being selected, the RM500 will not be refunded.

How we confirmed you as one of our vendors?

• Chosen vendors will receive a confirmation letter via WhatsApp or email from the organizers.
• Upon receiving the confirmation letter, vendors must make their half rental payment within 5 days.
• Once payment is confirmed, we will contact vendors via WhatsApp.
• Unsuccessful applicants will receive their deposit refund within 3-5 days.

🚨🚨 IMPORTANT : We value every vendors and products you've put much of your efforts on. Therefore, we try to filter every products or packages that are going to be launched on this event and try not to have duplicate products selling together. Therefore, booth slots and product categories are comply to FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.
